Ahmed Ibrahim is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Gushegu Constituency in the Northern Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.

He was born on born May 6 1974 in Banda Ahenkro, Bono Region of Ghana.

Ahmed Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana in 2001. In 2019, he received a Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

He was the chief executive officer of Flamingo Publications (Ghana) Limited.

In 2015 he contested and won the NDC parliamentary primaries for the Bantama constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. He won this parliamentary seat during the 2016 Ghanaian general elections.
